Refund Policy
We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or if an incorrect size, color, or artwork was selected at the time of ordering, as all items are produced on a made-to-order basis.
However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

- A clear photo showing the issue with the product
- A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
- Your Printumo Order ID
Our team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
Shipping: To return your product, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
